Hello Dorothy,

As soon as we decided on selling our Cape Coral Florida Lot, I went right ahead and did some searching on the internet. The qualities that I was looking for was someone who can deliver top dollar service and someone who can guarantee their work. Given that we lived on the other side of the world and that we have not a single idea how the U.S. process is done in terms of selling properties, we put a great deal of trust in her to deliver and we were not to be disappointed. I first got in touch with Dorothy just for an inquiry and quickly felt at ease in the way she conducts herself. I already decided that she would be the one to handle my transactions but it took us a long time to start the sale process because I had to attend to certain matters at work. Dorothy kept her communication lines open and was patient enough to wait for us to send all the necessary documents. I had a lot of clarifying questions and Dorothy was patient enough to answer all of them in great detail (it just goes to show how personalized her service is.

As soon as we got the ball rolling, it just took Dorothy 2 weeks to find a buyer for our property and 1 month to close the sale. I have relatives who also own properties in the area and I just learned recently that they also decided to sell their property and they chose a different realtor. It took them 6 months before they even got someone to commit to the sale and another month for the closing. They were surprised at how fast our transaction went when we talked about it. Words are not enough to express our gratitude.

Dear Dorothy,

It seems like a one hundred years since you walked out of the house next door to my home at S.W. 25 Court Cape Coral, fl.

Although we both know it has not been that long. I had to sit down and try to write a letter to you let you know what I think of you as a Realtor handling Residential properties.

I realize that I was not always the most patient man but I had a lot of things on my mind which I will not go into at this time. There were times when you had my Listing that doubts came in to my mind but I know now you were working very hard. And there were times I did not believe this and I think this is quite normal being a realtor myself in another state. But i just wanted to set down some of my thoughts for you to pass on to different people if that is your choice.
